摘要
为了解 12Cr2Mo1R与S30408 异种金属焊接过程中碳的迁移、扩散本质,该文通过试验证实了该异种钢焊接后焊缝中存在脱碳与增碳层的现象,并从理论上分析了焊接接头中碳原子的扩散行为,为提高异种钢焊接接头的质量奠定了理论基础.
Abstract
To understand the nature of carbon migration and diffusion in the welding process of 12Cr2Mo1R and S30408 dis-similar metals,the phenomenon of decarburization and carburization layer in the weld of the dissimilar steel after welding is confirmed in this paper through experiments;and then the diffusion behavior of carbon atoms in the welded joint is theoretical-ly analyzed.It lays a theoretical foundation for improving the quality of the welded joint of dissimilar steel.
