实测轨道不平顺激励对地铁车辆动力学性能的影响

文章基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,建立了考虑实测轨道不平顺激励的地铁列车-轨道空间耦合动力学模型;分析了线路实测不平顺与现有仿真常用的美国AAR6 级轨道谱对列车-轨道耦合系统动力学行为的影响.结果表明:现有仿真采用的美国AAR6 级轨道谱会高估轮轨相互作用状态和轨道变形,却严重低估了轨道系统的振动影响.因此,开展符合我国城市轨道交通实际状态的轨道谱的研究,能够有效提高车辆-轨道力学性能评估的准确性,使我国城市轨道交通得到进一步的发展.
The Influence of Measured Track Irregularity Excitation on the Dynamic Performance of Subway Vehicles
Based on the theory of vehicle-track coupled dynamics,a spatial subway train-track coupled dynamic model con-sidering the measured irregularities of rail was established in this paper.Influence of the measured track irregularities on the dynamic performance of the train-track coupled system was analyzed,and then compared with that of the commonly used A-merican AAR6 track spectrum in simulations.The results indicate that the existing simulation used American AAR6 track spectrum overestimates the wheel-rail interaction state and track deformation,but significantly underestimates the vibration of the track system.This highlights the urgent need for research on track spectra that are consistent with the actual conditions of urban rail transit in China.It can effectively improve the accuracy of vehicle-track mechanical performance evaluation,and make our urban rail transit get further development.
