带式输送机断带自动抓捕装置结构设计与分析

为解决带式输送机胶带突然断裂造成的设备停产、效益下降甚至人身伤害事故等问题,该文对带式输送机胶带断裂位置和原因进行分析,建立了带式输送机断带模型,提出了一种机电液控制式断带抓捕装置,并对断带抓捕装置结构进行设计,对配套液压控制系统进行研究.采用AMESim搭建了液压系统仿真回路模型,设定采样周期为 0.01 s并进行数值模拟,结果表明:在双蓄能器并联模式下,有杆腔和无杆腔的压力波动较小,系统在压力为 10 MPa时的抓捕时间为 0.8 s.系统压力值越大蓄能器释放油液的速度越快,该装置可实现快速抓捕制动,可有效避免带式输送机突发断带引起的人身伤害,具有非常好的推广价值和市场应用前景.
Structural Design and Analysis of Automatic Capture Device for the Belt Conveyor
In order to solve the problems of belt conveyor such as sudden rupture of belt,easy to cause equipment shutdown,lower benefit and even causing personal injury accidents,the fracture belt model of belt conveyor is established after analyzing the location and causes of the belt fracture in this paper,and a kind of mechanical fluid control type break capture device is put forward.The structure of break capture device is designed,and the supporting hydraulic control system is studied.The simulation loop model of hydraulic system is built by using the AMESim,and the sampling period is set at 0.01s for numerical simulation.The results show that in the parallel mode of dual accumulator,the pressure fluctuation of rod cavity and no rod cavity is small,and the capture time of the system when the pressure is 10MPa is 0.8s.The larger the pressure value of the system,the faster the oil release speed of the accumulator;it can realize rapid capture and braking,and effectively avoid per-sonal injury caused by sudden belt break of the belt conveyor,which is of great promotion value and market prospect.
