摘要
针对弧焊机器人现场调试过程繁琐、效率低的问题,文章以异步变位T形焊接为例,搭建RobotStudio虚拟仿真工作站,构建焊接仿真运动的Smart组件,并使用"Robot Ware Arc"焊接工艺插件来编写和调试弧焊程序.通过仿真调试证明,搭建虚拟仿真工作站,使用"Robot Ware Arc"焊接工艺插件对弧焊程序编写与调试效率的提高具有重要指导意义.
Abstract
In response to the cumbersome and inefficient on-site debugging process of arc welding robots,this article takes the asynchronous displacement T-shaped welding as an example,builds a RobotStudio virtual simulation workstation,constructs a Smart component for welding simulation motion,and uses the"Robot Ware Arc"welding process plugin to write and debug arc welding programs.Through simulation debugging,it has been proven that building a virtual simulation workstation and u-sing the"Robot Ware Arc"welding process plugin are of great significance in improving the efficiency of arc welding program writing and debugging.
