摘要

风力发电机长期服役于恶劣的环境下,其中,酸雨的腐蚀是影响塔筒在服役过程中安全运行的重要因素.该文以风电塔筒材料Q355E钢焊接接头为研究对象,通过电化学与声发射联合的方法讨论该接头在模拟酸雨环境下不同腐蚀阶段的腐蚀速率以及声发射信号规律,并辅以电镜扫描和能谱分析来对腐蚀程度进行有效判别.结果表明:接头的腐蚀速率先增大后减小、再增大并逐渐趋于稳定,并在腐蚀前期和后期出现微弱扩散;声发射信号主要为金属溶解信号与腐蚀产物堆积、钝化膜破裂和气泡破裂信号,并且在金属溶解阶段和腐蚀产物堆积阶段的频域范围更宽,主要集中在 90~190 kHz和 110~190 kHz.

Abstract

Wind turbines have been serving in harsh environments for a long time,and the corrosion of acid rain is an impor-tant factor affecting the safe operation of the tower during service.Taking the welded joint of Q355E steel as the research ob-ject,the corrosion rate and acoustic emission signal of Q355E steel welded joint in different corrosion stages under the simula-ted acid rain environment are discussed through the electrochemical and acoustic emission methods,and the effective discrimi-nation of corrosion degree is formed by the scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the corrosion rate of the joint increases first,then decreases,and then increases and gradually tends to be stable,and there is a weak diffusion in the early and late stages of corrosion.The acoustic emission signals are mainly metal dissolution signals and corrosion product accumulation,passivation film rupture and bubble rupture signals;and it has a wider range of frequency do-main in the metal dissolution stage and the corrosion product accumulation stage,mainly concentrating at 90~190 kHz and 110~190 kHz.
