特药果初加工生产线设计与试验

为提高工作效率,降低工作强度并提升特药果初加工装备机械化水平,文章针对特药果的特药壳和籽粒分离及运输问题,设计了特药初加工生产线,重点对生产线中的暂存仓、破碎筛分、特药籽清选计量包装、特药壳压缩计量包装等装置的结构设计及原理进行论述.生产试验表明,其生产效率为 3.2 t/h,筛分包装后,特药籽包装质量为 25 kg/袋,特药壳包装质量为 14 kg/袋,特药果破碎率为 100%,壳料含籽率≤2%,籽粒净度≥97%.因此,该生产线可实现特药果的高效连续加工,满足作业需求,达到设计要求,解决了特药果初加工的难题.
Design and Test of Poppy Primary Processing Production Line
In order to improve work efficiency,reduce work intensity,and improve the mechanization level of the initial pro-cessing equipment of special medicine fruits,a special medicine preliminary processing production line was designed to solve the problems of separation and transportation of special medicine shells and seeds of special medicine fruits.The structural de-sign and principles of the temporary storage warehouse,crushing and screening,special medicine seed cleaning and metering packaging,special medicine shell compression metering packaging and other devices in the production line are discussed.The production test shows that its production efficiency is 3.2 t/h.After screening and packaging,the packaging quality of special medicine seeds is 25 kg/bag,the packaging quality of special medicine shells is 14 kg/bag,the special medicine fruit crush-ing rate is 100%,and the seeds content of shell material is no more than 2%,and the grain purity is no less than 97%.This production line can realize efficient and continuous processing of special medicinal fruits,meet the operational needs and the design requirements,and solve the problem of initial processing of special medicinal fruits.
