A Device Design for Comparative Study on High-Temperature Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance Performance
The traditional research equipment for comparing the high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance of metal materials can only conduct comparative tests on two materials,and there are problems such as uneven heating of the speci-mens.To solve the above problems,a type of new comparative research equipment for studying the resistance to high-tempera-ture oxidation and corrosion performance is developed by optimizing the internal structure of the heating chamber.The focus of this article is to set up multiple comparative heating chambers on the equipment support plate,and to evenly arrange multiple heating rings in each heating chamber,so that the specimens of different materials to be tested are uniformly heated.The elec-tromagnetic and ultrasonic signals feedback from the high-temperature corrosion detector are used to monitor the high-temper-ature oxidation test data in real time,thus achieving the purpose of comparing the high-temperature oxidation corrosion resist-ance performance of different materials,greatly improving work efficiency,and effectively reducing test data errors.This e-quipment has important application value for basic theoretical research and industrial technology application research in the la-boratory environments.
