摘要

针对散煤转运溜槽工作中存在的积料、堵料、偏载、粉尘过大问题展开优化设计.首先建立理论计算模型,进行溜槽概念设计;其次对实际转运散煤特性进行测试,获得固体密度、松散密度、颗粒弹性恢复系数、壁面摩擦角及内摩擦角等相关基本参数.再次借助L箱流动性实验进行离散元参数标定,进而进行散煤流动离散元仿真分析.这种理论计算和离散元分析相互结合的优势,能够快速有效实现散煤转运溜槽的结构优化设计,从而提高散煤输送能力,同时从根源上减少冲击粉尘的产生.最后通过工程应用验证了该方法的合理性和有效性.

Abstract

In this paper,taking the design of coal transferring chute as an example,firstly,the theoretical calculation model is established to carry out the concept design;secondly,the characteristics of bulk coal are tested to obtain the related basic pa-rameters such as density,bulk density,coefficient of restitution,the angle of wall friction and the angle of internal friction,and so on.Then,the L box test is used for calibration,and the DEM analysis simulation is performed for bulk coal.Combining the advantages of theoretical calculation and DEM,the optimum structure design of coal transferring chute could be achieved effectively.Thereby the capacity of transferring coal is improved,and the production of dust would be reduced fundamentally.Finally,the engineering application verifies that this method is reasonable and effective.
