摘要

大多数自助终端选用激光打印机作为内部打印的工具.而激光打印机中的纸张若长时间不用或存放不当会吸收较多空气水分而受潮,这会导致打印设备故障率明显增加(如内部卡纸、出纸弯曲等),无法完成全流程工作,进而出现用户体验变差等诸多问题.针对上述问题,该文介绍了一种在打印机内部加装定时定温加热模块的方案,并重点对潮湿天气下打印出纸异常问题进行分析,通过打印机内部结构的改造优化,验证了防潮防卷装置在潮湿天气下对打印出纸优化的有效性,从而提高了整体设备运行的稳定性.

Abstract

Most self-service terminals use laser printers as the tool for internal printing.When paper absorbs a lot of air and moisture due to long-term use or improper storage,the equipment failure rate significantly increases,such as internal paper jamming,paper bending,etc.,which would lead to inability to complete the whole process,poor users experience,and other problems.Regarding these issues,a solution of installing a timed and temperature controlled heating module inside the printer is introduced in this article.Focusing on analyzing the abnormal printing of paper in humid weather,the internal modification and optimization of the printer is conducted;and the result verifies the effectiveness of the moisture-proof and anti roll device in optimizing the printing of paper in humid weather,thereby improving the overall stability of equipment operation.
