绞磨尾绳液压自动收放装置设计应用

为解决我国输电线路施工中机动绞磨作业的尾绳留绳难题,提出一种绞磨尾绳液压自动收线装置设计方案,以降低作业过程中的安全风险.文章重点分析了尾绳收放装置的结构设计及原理的合理有效性,并对该装置进行了设计计算,设计得出:主动收绳速度为 35 m/min,最大拉力为 500 N.现场实际试验表明,该装置可以满足施工现场的受力使用需求,有效解决了机动绞磨起吊重物时存在的绞磨后方留绳且需要人力拉拽的问题,为机动绞磨的进一步机械化提供了数据参考和技术支持.
Design and Research of Hydraulic Automatic Retraction and Release Device for Winch Grinding Tail Rope
In order to solve the retaining rope problem of the motorized winch tail rope in construction of transmission lines in China,so as to reduce the safety risk in the operation process,a design and development scheme of hydraulic automatic take-up device for the winch and grinding tail rope is proposed in this paper.Focusing on the analysis of the rational effectiveness of the structural design and principle,design and calculation of the tail rope retraction device are calculated;and the designed active rope retraction speed is 35 m/min and the maximum tensile force is 500 N.The field test shows that the device can meet the demand of the construction site;it effectively solves the problem of leaving a rope behind the grinding mill and requiring manpower to pull when lifting heavy objects by using the motorized grinder,and provides data reference and technical support for the further mechanization of the motorized grinder.
