基于砂型3D打印的汽车缸盖铸造工艺研发

为解决传统树脂砂铸造中存在的内腔尺寸精度低、清理难度大等问题,该文以某载重汽车发动机缸盖为研究对象,通过对铸件的工艺结构与质量要求的分析,提出一种采用砂型 3D打印工艺生产此类铸件的工艺设计方法,在工艺设计时结合铸件结构和Magema软件的模拟分析结果,优化浇注系统、冒口、冷铁等铸造工艺设计,以避免出现缩孔、缩松、气孔、夹砂等铸件内部缺陷,从而保证了产品质量与新产品开发进度.
Research and Development of Casting Process for Automotive Cylinder Head based on Sand 3D Printing
Taking a heavy truck engine cylinder head as the research object,through the process structure analysis and casting problem analysis,a process design method using sand 3D printing process to produce this kind of casting is proposed,which avoids the problems of low dimensional accuracy of inner cavity and difficult cleaning in traditional resin sand casting.At the same time,combined with the simulation analysis of the casting structure and Magema software during the process design,the casting process design of the pouring system,riser and cold iron is optimized to avoid the internal defects of the casting such as shrinkage hole,shrinkage loose,porosity,sand inclusion,etc.,and ensure the product quality and the progress of new prod-uct development.
