PLC双闭环智能调节系统在井下通风中的应用

井下通风系统因工况复杂而具有非线性变化、延时性长、管理困难的弊端.为保证井下有毒有害气体不超限,并达到通风机降低能耗的目的,该文在分析井下通风系统原理和特征的基础上,引入PLC双闭环智能调控系统,该系统可以根据有毒有害气体浓度有效控制通风机风量的风压,并在稀释有毒有害气体的基础上,达到节能减排的目的.实际检验后发现,PLC双闭环系统通风机响应速度较传统通风机提升明显,可以有效地降低井下有毒有害气体聚集的现象.
Application of PLC Double-Adjusting System Used in Underground Mine Ventilation
Underground coal mine ventilation system has a mounts of disadvantages,major factors including nonlinear regular and management difficulties.In order to ensure that the underground toxic and harmful gas does not exceed the limit,and to a-chieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption of the ventilator,the PLC double closed-loop adjusting system is intro-duced based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of the traditional downhole ventilation system.The wind pres-sure of the fan air volume can be effectively controlled according to the concentration of toxic and harmful gases;besides dilu-ting the toxic and harmful gases,the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction can also be achieved.According to the actual tests,the response speed of the PLC double closed-loop system ventilator is significantly higher than that of the tradi-tional fan,which can effectively reduce the phenomenon of toxic and harmful gas accumulation in the underground.
