K452高温合金中夹杂物形态及组成试验分析

高温合金中夹杂物的种类、数量、尺寸、形状以及合金中夹杂物之间的距离等多种变量都会对其性能产生严重的影响.该文采用电解精密铸造K452 合金来分离夹杂物,运用SEM、XRD对镍基高温合金中的非金属夹杂物进行研究,并对电解分离得到的夹杂物进行定量分析.研究结果表明,电解得到的夹杂物粉末的主要成分是AlNi3、Cr23C6、MnN2 和Al2O3 及铝的氧化物以及铁的化合物,夹杂物在合金中的质量百分数为 1.57%,夹杂物形貌主要为絮状、块状、尖晶石状、锥状等.夹杂物的尺寸在5~200 μm范围,并且大尺寸夹杂物的存在会明显降低零件使用寿命.
The variety,quantity,size and shape of inclusions in K452 superalloy and the distance between inclusions in the al-loy would have a serious impact on their properties.In this paper,the inclusion in K452 alloy was separated by electrolysis.The non-metallic inclusions in superalloy were studied by SEM and XRD.Then the obtained inclusions were quantitatively an-alyzed.The results show that the main components of the inclusions are AlNi3,Cr23C6,MnN2,Al2O3,aluminum oxides and iron compounds.The mass percentage of inclusions in the alloy is 1.57%.The morphology of inclusions is flocculent,massive,spinel,cone,and so on.The size range of inclusions is from 5 μm to 200 μm.The presence of large size inclusions would sig-nificantly reduce the service life of parts.
