NdF3在LiF熔盐中的溶解及离子结构

LiF-NdF3熔盐体系中离子的构成形式对解析电解钕工艺的电解过程至关重要,本文采用冰点降低法分析LiF-NdF3熔盐体系的离子结构.通过Temkin和Flood模型及热力学计算分析熔盐体系内可能存在的离子团簇,结果表明,NdF3在LiF中的溶解模型符合TemkinⅠ、TemkinⅡ、TemkinⅥ、TemkinⅦ和Flood Ⅱ、Flood Ⅵ、Flood Ⅶ,在LiF-NdF3熔盐体系中主要形成含有1~2个Nd3+的分子团簇,NdF3在LiF内溶解主要形成游离的Nd3+、F-、Li+以及Li+·[NdF4]-、Li+·[Nd2F7]-、2Li+·[Nd2F8]2-分子团簇.
Dissolution and ion structure of NdF3 in LiF molten salt
The constitution form of ions in the LiF-NdF3 molten salt system is very important for the analytical electrolytic reduction of neodymium electrode process.In this paper,the ion structure of LiF-NdF3 molten salt system was analyzed by cryoscopic method.The possible ion clusters in the molten salt system were analyzed by Temkin and Flood models and thermodynamic calculation.The results show that the dissolution model of NdF3 in LiF is consistent with TemkinⅠ,Temkin Ⅱ,Temkin Ⅵ,Temkin Ⅶ,and Flood Ⅱ,Flood Ⅵ,Flood Ⅶ.In LiF-NdF3 molten salt system with LiF as the solvent,1~2 Nd3+ ion clusters are formed in F-Nd ion clusters,and NdF3 is dissolved in LiF to form dissociative Nd3+,F-,Li+ and Li+·[NdF4]-,Li+·[Nd2F7]-,as well as 2Li+·[Nd2F8]2-molecular clusters.
