Application and Exploration on BOPPPS Teaching Model Combined With Mind Mapping in Epidemiology Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping in epidemiology teaching.Methods A total of 106 students majoring in health service management from Jinzhou Medical University from March 2020 to July 2021 were selected as research objects.BOPPPS teaching model combined with the new teaching model of mind mapping and the traditional teaching model taught by teachers were applied to carry out teaching,and the learning effect of students was evaluated.Results The theoretical scores and total scores of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.001),but the difference was not statistical significance between the two groups of experimental scores(P>0.05).The students in the experimental group had higher satisfaction with BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping.Conclusion BOPPPS teaching model combined with mind mapping is helpful to stimulate students'learning interest and improve teaching quality in epidemiology teaching.
