In recent years,China's economy and society have been continuously developing,and the people's demand for health has been constantly increasing.Public hospitals as an important component of medical services,play an important role.With the continuous expansion of the scale and workload of medical institutions,the team of non-staff personnel is also expanding,and the problem of large mobility of non-staff personnel is becoming increasingly prominent.Nowadays,non-staff personnel play a vital role in maintaining the normal operation and stable development of the hospital,and non-staff personnel are the main part of expanding the staff of the hospital,which can create great benefits for the hospital.This paper sorts out the practical experience of non-staff personnel management in current hospitals in order to find countermeasures to improve the stability of non-staff personnel in public hospitals.
