Teaching Reform and Thinking of Food Nutrition Course in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on OBE Education Concept
Food Nutrition is one of the core courses of medical nutrition,cooking technology and nutrition,food quality and safety,food inspection and detection technology,tourism management and other majors in higher vocational colleges.Based on the characteristics of the curriculum and the problems existing in the teaching process,the author introduces the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)to explore new ideas for educating students.From the perspectives of learning objectives,needs,processes,evaluation and other aspects,the author deepens the curriculum reform,reconstructs the curriculum content,and explores the thinking and enlightenment of OBE concept on curriculum teaching.In order to effectively improve the four dimensions of knowledge,skill,ability and accomplishment,and then improve the teaching level and teaching quality,so as to provide a new reference for relevant colleges to deepen the reform of curriculum education and teaching.
