案例教学法在神经外科临床实践技能教学中的应用

目的 探讨在神经外科临床实践技能教学中采取案例教学法进行教学的效果.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2022年 12 月苏州大学附属第一医院神经外科临床实习的 80 名学生为研究对象,将 2021 学年度采取传统教学法的 40 名学生纳入对照组,将 2022 学年度采取案例教学法的 40 名学生纳入研究组,对比考核成绩、教学满意度评价.结果 研究组理论考核、临床知识、病例分析评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组基础知识理解、重点内容掌握、教学模式可行、学习兴趣、课堂气氛、教师教学热情以及师生互动评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 在神经外科临床实践技能教学中采取案例教学法可提高教学效果,提升学生的理论知识与操作技能,学生对教学满意度评价较高.
Application of Case Teaching Method in Neurosurgery Clinical Practice Skills Teaching
Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method in the teaching of neurosurgery clinical practice skills.Methods 80 neurosurgery clinical practice students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.40 students who adopted the traditional teaching method in the academic year 2021 were included in the control group,and 40 students who adopted the case teaching method in the academic year 2022 were included in the research group,and the assessment results and teaching satisfaction evaluation were compared.Results The theoretical assessment,clinical knowledge,and case analysis scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The understanding of basic knowledge,mastery of key content,feasibility of teaching mode,learning interest,classroom atmosphere,teacher teaching enthusiasm,and teacher-student interaction scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Adopting case teaching method in clinical practice skills teaching of neurosurgery can improve teaching effectiveness,enhance students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills,and result in higher satisfaction evaluations of teaching.
