Analysis on the Influence of Homogenization Teaching on Internal Medicine Achievement of Students of Different Specialties
Objective To analyze the final scores of internal medicine students in Xi'an Jiaotong University,measure the degree of internal medicine mastery of students of different majors,test the teaching results,and improve the teaching quality.Methods The final scores(including regular scores,periodic assessment and written scores)of 363 students majoring in clinical medicine and non-clinical medicine who participated in the final written test of science in Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2019 were analyzed.The study period was from April to July 2022.Results The average total scores of clinical medicine majors and non-clinical medicine majors were(77.55±8.57)points and(72.32±8.22)points,respectively,and there was significant difference between them(P<0.001).The test paper difficulty coefficient was 0.33,the test paper differentiation was 0.3,the test paper reliability coefficient was 0.85,and the validity was 0.33.Conclusion The test paper is moderate in difficulty,in line with normal distribution,good in differentiation and reliability coefficient,comprehensive in knowledge and prominent in key points,and has achieved a good assessment effect.In general,the students of different majors have a good grasp of internal medicine,which has achieved the teaching purpose.
