Exploration on Standardized Training and Teaching for Resident Physicians in Intestinal Ultrasound
Inflammatory bowel disease is a non-specific chronic inflammatory bowel disease, which is difficult to diagnose, difficult to treat, protracted and repeatedly difficult to cure.As a simple,non-invasive,and accurate examination method, intestinal ultrasound is increasingly valued by clinical doctors in evaluating the activity, severity, and complications of inflammatory bowel disease in patients. However, due to the lack of standardized and systematic education and training, currently only a few regional diagnosis and treatment centers for inflammatory bowel disease in China can effectively carry out this examination. Therefore, standardized intestinal ultrasound teaching is imperative.Ultrasound resident physicians are the most fundamental part of the ultrasound talent pool and the backbone of the ultrasound department in communities and grassroots hospitals in the future.Standardized training for resident physicians is crucial for improving medical quality and safety, and cultivating high-quality ultrasound physicians. This article studies and summarizes the teaching mode of intestinal ultrasound in standardized training for resident physicians at Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University from four aspects:innovative theoretical and practical teaching methods, quality control of ultrasound diagnosis reports, cultivation of clinical thinking ability, and enhancement of humanistic quality. The aim is to provide a feasible teaching mode for the standardized teaching and promotion of intestinal ultrasound.
