Under the background of the new era,with the improvement of education quality,the country attaches more and more importance to ideological and political education,and the demand for high-quality talents is becoming more and more urgent.In this context,the ideological and political education of medical master is particularly important.However,for a professional master's degree in medicine who is both a doctor and a student,they are faced with a series of new challenges such as more diversified service objectives,more complex work content and more stringent work requirements,which are easy to produce ideological and political contradictions.In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the country and alleviate the contradictions in the ideological and political education of medical masters,this essay analyzes the new characteristics and influencing factors of the ideological and political education of medical masters in the new era.Then,from carrying forward the correct three views,giving full play to the power of faith,strengthening the collaborative construction of ideological and political teams,enhancing students'self-management awareness,and making good use of the network ideological and political platform,this essay puts forward some suggestions for the ideological and political education of medical masters in the new era,providing some references for the ideological and political education of medical masters.
