Investigation on the Status of Integration of Standardized Management and Family Doctor Contract in Patients With Hypertension
Objective To understand the general status of family doctor contract for hypertension patients in Yuetan area of Beijing,to explore the integration of hypertension management and family doctor contract,and to explore the practical work methods to improve the efficiency of hypertension management and promote the sustainable development of family doctor contract service.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among hypertensive patients who had received electronic home health service in Yuetan Community Health Service Center from June to August 2022.The questionnaire had been included with basic information,diagnosis and treatment service and demand for hypertension,knowledge about hypertension,and satisfaction with family doctor's service.Results Among the patients with hypertension who signed the service of family doctor,the difference of insomnia and antihypertensive drugs used on blood pressure control was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of hypertension-related medication was 20.45%,the awareness rate of risk factors was 43.18%,and the awareness rate of complications was 33.64%.Patients with hypertension and the diagnosis and treatment booking services and WeChat services had greater demand.The median satisfaction score of patients with hypertension was 93 points.Conclusion The insomnia of hypertension patients and the types of antihypertensive drugs should be actively controlled,and the ability of diagnosis and treatment appointment and health education should be timely enhanced by making full use of the WeChat group of family doctor contract service,so as to promote the full integration of hypertension management and family doctor contract.
