法医学根植于医学,服务于法律,法医病理学要求学生具备专业的理论知识、一定的法律知识和丰富的实践技能.传统的法医学教学往往忽视对学生的法学教育,亟待改革.模拟法庭教学是一种先进的实践教学手段,通过整合法医病理学中的典型案例,模拟庭审的各个环节,包括刑事案件资料准备、角色分配及分组讨论、法律文书撰写、开庭审理、总结评价等,不仅充分启发学生的学习主动性,在实战过程中完成对理论知识的理解,还提高了学生的法律素养,使学生更加熟悉司法程序,实现了从理论到实践的有效转化,弥补了单一教学模式的不足,助力培养复合型法医人才.模拟法庭在法医病理学教学过程中仍存在局限性,需要教学人员改变传统观念,充分认识到其对培养学生综合实践能力的重要价值,由"表演式"向"实训"转型,通过真实场景使学生获得沉浸式体验.
Application of Moot Court in the Teaching of Forensic Pathology
Forensic science is rooted in medicine and serves the law.Forensic pathology requires students to have professional theoretical knowledge,certain legal knowledge and rich practical skills.The traditional teaching of forensic medicine often neglects the legal education of students,which is in urgent need of reform.Moot court teaching is an advanced practical teaching method.By integrating typical cases in forensic pathology,it simulates all aspects of trial,including the preparation of criminal case materials,role assignment and group discussion,writing legal documents,hearing,summary and evaluation,etc.,which not only fully inspires students'learning initiative,but also completes their understanding of theoretical knowledge in the process of actual combat.The moot court also improves students'legal literacy and makes them more familiar with the judicial procedure,realizing effective transformation from theory to practice,making up for the deficiency of a single teaching mode,and helping cultivate compound forensic talents.In spite of the above advantages,moot court still has limitations in the teaching process of forensic pathology,which requires teachers to change the traditional concept,fully recognize its important value in cultivating students'comprehensive practical ability,transform from"performance"to"practical training",and enable students to obtain immersive experience through real scenes.
