3D打印结合临床路径教学法在骨科实习教学中的应用

目的 探讨 3D打印结合临床路径教学法在教学医院骨科临床毕业实习教学中的价值.方法 选取2022年9月至2023年6月在重庆中医药学院附属骨科医院的60名毕业实习生,随机分为对照组与观察组,观察组教学模式为3D打印结合临床路径教学法,对照组仅接受临床路径教学法,2组均由同一名经验丰富的高年资教师带教.实习结束后,由骨科教研室统一进行理论及技能的客观考核.实习生自己对其教学内容的理解、学习兴趣积极性、师生交流学习能力、表达分析问题能力、满意度进行主观评价.结果 对照组理论成绩为(78.23±5.18)分,观察组为(83.20±5.17)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).对照组技能成绩为(81.47±5.66)分,观察组为(83.07±4.96)分,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).经统计学分析,观察组学生自我认知评定得分及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 3D打印与临床路径教学法有机结合,将骨科教学中抽象的知识具象化,不仅可以充分激发学生的学习兴趣,还可以使学生更好地掌握骨科常见疾病的临床路径形式、疾病模型等,从而保证了教学医院的良好带教效果.
Application of 3D Printing Combined With Clinical Pathway Teaching Method in Orthopedic Practice Teaching
Objective To explore the value of 3D printing combined with clinical pathway teaching method in clinical graduation practice teaching of orthopedics department in teaching hospital.Methods A total of 60 graduate interns from September 2022 to June 2023 in the Orthopedic Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was received 3D printing combined with clinical pathway teaching method,while the control group only was received clinical pathway teaching method.Both groups were taught by the same experienced senior teacher.After the internship,the objective assessment of theory and skills were carried out by the orthopedic teaching and research office.The understanding of teaching content,enthusiasm for learning interest,the ability of communication and learning between teachers and students,the ability to express and analyze problems,and satisfaction were evaluated subjectively by themselves.Results The theoretical score of the control group was(78.23±5.18)points,and that of the observation group was(83.20±5.17)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The skill score of the control group was(81.47±5.66)points,while that of the observation group was(83.07±4.96),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After statistical analysis,the scores of self cognition assessment and satisfaction of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The organic combination of 3D printing and clinical pathway teaching method can embody the abstract knowledge in orthopedic teaching,which can not only fully stimulate students'interest in learning,but also enable students to better master the clinical pathway form and disease model of common orthopedic diseases,so as to ensure the good teaching effect of teaching hospital.
