CBL教学法在肺部超声教学中的应用

摘要
目的 分析在心脏外科重症监护室肺部超声教学中,以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)应用于重症护理培训的价值.方法 2022 年 1-6 月,于该时间段从南方医科大学附属广东省人民医院心外科重症监护科选取 50 名重症护理人员,以护理人员所在区域的不同为分组原则,将其分为对照组和研究组,各 25 名.对照组采用常规教学法,研究组采用CBL教学法,比较 2 组的超声征象识别情况和考试评分.结果 与对照组比较,研究组的超声征象识别率较高,尤其在某些较难理解的超声征象,例如蝙蝠征(P= 0.027)、C线征(P= 0.002)、平流层征(P= 0.005),2 组差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组技能考核分数更高,2 组对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 在心脏外科重症监护室肺部超声教学中,对护理人员实施CBL教学法的价值突出,能够显著提升护理人员对肺部超声知识和技能的掌握程度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of case-based learning(CBL)in intensive care training in the intensive-care unit of pulmonary ultrasound in cardiac surgery.Methods From January to June 2022,50 intensive care nurses were selected from the department of cardiothoracic intensive care unit,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital,Southern Medical University during this period.Based on the different regions of the nurses,they were divided into control group and study group,with 25 nurses in each group.The conventional teaching method was used in the control group,and the CBL teaching method was used in the research group.The recognition of ultrasonic signs and examination scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher recognition rate of ultrasonic signs,especially in some difficult-to-understand ultrasonic signs,such as bat sign(P=0.027),c-line sign(P=0.002),stratospheric sign(P=0.005),there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The score of skill assessment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the teaching of pulmonary ultrasound in intensive-care unit of cardiac surgery,the implementation of CBL teaching method is of great value to nurses,which can significantly improve their mastery of pulmonary ultrasound knowledge and skills.
