The Application of MDT Combined With CBL Teaching Method in the Training of Physicians in Internal Medicine
Objective To explore the application of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the training of physicians in internal medicine. Methods A total of 30 resident physicians of Grade 2020,who were studied in internal medicine department from March to September 2022,were selected as the experimental group and MDT combined with CBL teaching method were adopted.A total of 30 resident physicians of grade 2019,who were studied in internal medicine department from March to September of 2021,were used as control group and CBL teaching method was adopted. The scores of basic theory and skill examination, clinical thinking ability and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The comparison of basic theory scores between the experimental group and the control group[(83.98±3.04)vs.(83.01±3.03)]had no significant difference(P>0.05),but in terms of the basic skill score[(84.31±2.72)vs.(91.25±3.40)],clinical thinking ability[(81.37±2.76)vs.(91.15±3.90)]and satisfaction(56.67%vs.93.33%),the experimental group was all better than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MDT combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability of resident physicians in internal medicine, and it has good teaching effect.
