Study on the Feasibility of Hierarchical and Progression Training Model in Cystoscopy Teaching
Objective To evaluate the effect of hierarchical and progression teaching model in the cystoscopy training of urology for undergraduate interns, and to provide reference for improving teaching methods. Methods A total of 40 clinical undergraduates who interned in the Kashgar Prefecture Second People's Hospital in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from May 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different teaching methods. The control group was treated with the traditional teaching model, and the experimental group was taught in a hierarchical and progressive manner, and the training effect of cystoscopy operation was compared between the two groups, and the number of cystoscopy complications in the experimental group was recorded. Results The comparison of the data of the two groups showed that the cystoscopy score of the experimental group(68.00±6.10)was higher than that of the control group(61.40±4.96),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group, there were 2 cases of cystoscopy complications, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion The hierarchical and progression teaching model is more effective than the traditional teaching model in cystoscopy training for undergraduate clinical interns, and is a safe and feasible teaching method.
