At present,the traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching method can no longer meet the needs of dermatology interns.Clinical teachers should constantly improve their professional accomplishment and personal charm,adhere to learning the cutting-edge knowledge of their profession,keep pace with the times,and pay attention to stimulating interns'learning interest in the process of teaching.Break the shackles of traditional teaching methods,according to the teaching content and the actual situation of interns,combined with case-based learning(CBL),problem-based learning(PBL),multimedia assisted teaching method and other teaching methods.Patients are the best teachers,and clinical teachers should be provided with more opportunities to contact patients as much as possible,so that they can complete the task of receiving patients independently,so as to realize the combination of clinical practice and improve their professional skills faster.At the same time,attention is paid to the training of doctor-patient communication ability of interns,which is an indispensable ability for clinicians and medical students in clinical work.Good doctor-patient communication makes it easier for doctors to gain the trust of patients,and helps interns to better complete the collection of medical history and make correct judgments on the condition,thus improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Good doctor-patient communication can reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflict.To do a good job of teaching dermatology interns,clinical teachers and internees need to work together.
