Exploration and Practice of Innovative Graduate Student Training in Imaging Medicine Under the"Four-dimensional Integration"Model
Graduate education is an important part of the national innovation system and the main carrier of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.How to cultivate the ability of continuous innovation and creation of postgraduates and improve the training system of postgraduates have become the key issues in the development of imaging medicine.This paper discusses the training needs of innovative talents in imaging medicine under the background of"double first-class"education,implements the fundamental task of cultivating virtues and talents,organically integrates ideological and political education into the whole process of graduate training,establishes a hierarchical and progressive training program for innovative talents in clinical research,optimally explores multi-modal teaching methods,and improves the competition system for innovative skills.To construct a"four-dimensional integrated"innovative graduate training model of imaging medicine oriented to improve the innovative and creative ability of graduate students,deeply implement the Party's 20 major spirit,and accelerate the construction of a strong educational,scientific and technological,and talent-rich country.
