Application of Blended Online and Offline Teaching Mode in Emergency Medicine Teaching
Objective To explore the application and effect of blended online and offline teaching mode in emergency medicine teaching.Methods The students of grade 2017(n=65)and grade 2016(n=67)majoring in"5+3"integrated clinical medicine in the first school of clinical medicine,Wenzhou Medical University from February 2020 to July 2021 were selected as subjects.The blended online and offline teaching mode was applied for students of grade 2017,while traditional teaching mode was employed for students of grade 2016.After the course,the teaching effects were evaluated by tests and questionnaires.Results The case analysis test score of 2017 students was(17.44±4.19)points,higher than that of 2016 students(15.74±3.09)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the majority of 2017 students agreed with the mixed teaching mode of online and offline,and had a high degree of satisfaction.Conclusion The blended online and offline teaching mode is widely recognized by students,which is helpful to mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,develop students'ability to analyze and solve problems,promote clinical thinking capacity,and further improve teaching effect.
