全面推进课程思政建设是实施立德树人基本任务的关键措施.运动生物化学作为一门探究运动对机体化学组成、物质及能量代谢变化的分子级学科,是医学院校康复治疗专业的核心必修课.该课程内容不仅与体育运动、医学等多个学科交叉,而且包含了丰富的思政教育元素.如何有效地识别这些思政元素并将它们融入专业知识教学中,以实现润物细无声的教育效果,成为教育工作者的研究重点.文章通过深入分析运动生物化学课程内的思政元素,扩充课程思政案例库,并结合在线教学资源及平台,采用线上线下融合的教学方式,旨在加强师生情感交流和思想互动,激发学生的学习热情,提升教学效果.本研究旨在推动思政教育与专业知识的深度融合,为运动生物化学课程思政教学改革提供参考和借鉴.
Exploration on Ideological and Political Education in Exercise Biochemistry Course Under Mixed Teaching Mode
Comprehensively advancing the ideological and political construction of curricula is a key measure in fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.Exercise biochemistry,a molecular discipline that explores the changes in the body's chemical composition,and the substance and energy metabolism induced by exercise,is a core required course for the rehabilitation therapy major in medical colleges.The course content intersects with multiple disciplines such as sports science and medicine,and includes rich elements of ideological and political education.Identifying these elements effectively and integrating them into professional teaching to achieve seamless and subtle educational effects has become a focal point for educators.This paper deeply analyzes the ideological and political elements within the exercise biochemistry course,expands the ideological and political case repository,and combines online teaching resources and platforms.An integrated online and offline teaching approach is adopted to enhance emotional exchanges and ideological interactions between teachers and students,to ignite students'passion for learning,and to improve teaching outcomes.This study aims to promote the deep integration of ideological and political education with professional knowledge,providing a reference for the reform of ideological and political education in the exercise biochemistry course.
