介入专科护士岗位胜任力模型的构建

目的 构建介入室专科护士岗位胜任力模型.方法 2023年3月至2024年3月,组建课题小组,查阅国内外文献,运用德尔菲法对 7 名护理专家、9 名医疗专家进行 2 轮问卷函询.结果 2 轮函询问卷的有效回收率均为 100%.经过16 名专家 2 轮咨询,构建了 4 个一级指标及 28 个二级指标.结论 探索专科护士岗位胜任力模型构建,构建结果可信,具有一定的科学性和适用性,但指标体系仍需在实践中不断验证、修改、完善.
Construction of Post Competency Model for Interventional Specialized Nurses
Objective To construct a post competency model for specialized nurses in the intervention room.Methods From March 2023 to March 2024,a research group was set up,and 7 nursing experts and 9 medical experts were consulted by the Delphi method.Results The effective response rates of the 2 rounds of inquiry questionnaires were 94%and 100%,respectively.After 2 rounds of consultation with 16 experts,4 primary indicators and 28 secondary indicators were constructed.Conclusion Exploring the construction of a competency model for specialized nursing positions,with credible results,which have certain scientific and applicability,but the indicator system still needs to be continuously verified,modified,and improved in practice.
