摘要
随着人口老龄化的快速加剧,养老问题逐渐引起国内外学者的关注.现阶段国家对健全养老保险机制的建立和改革,覆盖范围的不断扩大显得尤为重要.有效落实养老保险政策,是对医务人员养老的重要保障.结合我国国情及医院等相关规定及文化背景,综述养老保险在医疗卫生领域的现状、缺点及改进方式,不断探索养老保险制度的公平性和可行性.为构建完善的养老体系,进而提高医院职工的福利待遇水平,使其感到幸福感提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid aging of the population,the problem of old-age care has gradually attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.At present,it is particularly important for the state to establish and reform the sound endowment insurance mechanism and expand the coverage.And its effective implementation is an important guarantee for the elderly care of medical staff.Based on China's national conditions,hospital and other relevant regulations and cultural background,summarizes the current situation,shortcomings and improvement ways of pension insurance in the field of medical and health care,and constantly explores the fairness and feasibility of the pension insurance system.To provide reference and guidance for building a comprehensive pension system,thereby improving the welfare and benefits of hospital staffand enhancing their sense of well-being.
