急救模拟演练结合典型病例在产科临床教学中的应用

目的 本研究旨在探讨急救模拟演练与典型病例教学法结合应用于产科临床教学中的价值.方法 选取南华大学附属第一医院 2022 年 5 月至 2023 年 2 月在产科实习的医学生 80 名,随机分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40);研究组采用急救模拟演练与典型病例教学相结合的方法,而对照组则接受常规临床教学.通过对比 2 组学生的专业理论知识与临床实践能力考试成绩,评估教学方法的效果.教学活动结束后,通过教学满意度调查表收集并分析 2 组学生对教学方法的满意度.结果 研究组学生的总分为(88.62±1.69)分,高于对照组的(81.24±2.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生的专业理论知识和临床实践能力考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组学生对教学的满意度较高,其对教学的学习兴趣、学习效果、自主学习能力、快速反应能力、病例分析能力、实践操作能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在产科临床教学中,采用急救模拟演练与典型病例教学法的结合,能够有效提高学生的专业理论知识和临床实践能力,增强学生的教学满意度,证明了其作为产科临床教学方法的可行性.
Application of Emergency Simulated Drilling Combined With Typical Case Teaching Method in Obstetric Clinical Teaching
Objective To explore the value of combining emergency simulation drills with typical case teaching methods in obstetrics clinical teaching.Methods Eighty medical students who had been doing internships in the obstetrics department of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected and were randomly divided into a research group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The study group adopted a combination of emergency simulation drills and typical case teaching,while the control group underwent conventional clinical teaching.The effectiveness of the teaching methods was evaluated by comparing the scores of professional theoretical knowledge and clinical practical ability exams between the two groups.After the teaching activities,the satisfaction of the students with the teaching methods was collected and analyzed using a teaching satisfaction survey.Results The total score of students in the study group(88.62±1.69)was higher than that of the control group(81.24±2.17),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of the study group students in both professional theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability exams were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The study group students showed higher satisfaction with the teaching,and their scores in learning interest,learning effectiveness,self-directed learning ability,quick response ability,case analysis ability,practical operation ability,communication skills,and teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of emergency simulation drills and typical case teaching methods in obstetrics clinical teaching can effectively improve students'professional theoretical knowledge and clinical practical abilities,enhance their satisfaction with the teaching,demonstrating the feasibility of this teaching method in obstetrics clinical teaching.
