A Practical Study on the Integration of Labor Education and Basic Medical Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges
In order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents in vocational colleges,and cultivate high-quality workers and high skilled talents who meet the needs of new quality productive forces,it is necessary to vigorously promote the integration of labor education and professional education in education.Basic medical courses are mandatory foundational courses in the training process of all medical professionals,and are an important carrier for carrying out labor education.This study takes basic medical courses as the carrier,integrates labor education into the entire process from multiple dimensions,clarifies curriculum construction goals,teaching content,teaching methods,assessment and evaluation,proposes an integrated teaching model of"teaching,learning,doing,competition,research",and explores an important path for integrating labor education into vocational basic medical course teaching.Not only does it provide a basis for the infiltration of labor education into basic medical courses in other vocational medical colleges,but it also provides useful reference for the development of labor education in other professional courses.
