医学院校专业教师兼职班主任的实践探索

高等医学院校是培养医务工作者的摇篮,而成为一名医务工作者要经过 5 年甚至更长的学业生涯.与其他专业大学生不同,医学生学习任务更重、学习压力更大,医学生的思想政治教育与专业知识传授同样重要.班主任作为高等医学院校思想政治教育队伍中不可替代的一部分,是辅导员队伍建设的有效补充,在学生成长过程中发挥着重要作用,由专业教师兼职班主任除了思想政治教育引领、班团组织建设、配合辅导员工作以外,对医学生学业引导、创新创业教育、就业指导等有得天独厚的优势.笔者从高等医学院校兼职班主任工作实际出发,发现问题、剖析原因、提供措施,探索符合医学院校特点的兼职班主任的工作实践路径,对高等医学院校提升全员育人实效具有建设性意义.
Practical Exploration on Professional Teachers'Part-time Head Teachers in Medical Colleges
Medical colleges and universities is the cradle of training medical workers,and to become a medical worker has to go through five years or even longer academic career.Unlike other professional college students,medical students have heavier study tasks and greater study pressure,however,the ideological and political education of medical students is as important as the teaching of professional knowledge.As an irreplaceable part of the ideological and political education team in medical universities,the class teacher is an effective supplement to the construction of the counselor team,and plays an important role in the growth process of students.In addition to the ideological and political education leadership,the construction of the class and group organization,and the cooperation with the work of counselors,the part-time class teacher by the professional teachers has a unique advantage for the academic guidance of the medical students,the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the employment guidance.Based on the actual work of part-time class teachers in medical universities,the authors have discovered the problems,analyzed the reasons,provided measures,and explored the work practice path of part-time class teachers in line with the characteristics of medical universities,which is constructive to the higher medical schools to improve the effectiveness of whole-person education.
