Analysis of the Path to Continuously Improving the"Four Forces"of Medical College Propaganda Workers
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of medical propaganda work from the specific content,logical relationship and importance of the"four powers",aiming at discussing how to continuously improve the foot strength,eyesight,brain power and pen strength of the propagandists in medical colleges and universities in order to improve the quality and level of propaganda work.The article puts forward a series of concrete paths and methods to help propagandists continuously improve their ability and quality.These paths include understanding the needs of teachers and students at the grassroots level,improving observation and discrimination ability,strengthening theoretical learning and knowledge reserves,and improving the ability of written expression and presentation.In addition,the paper also emphasizes the comprehensive quality and professional ability that propagandists should possess,as well as the propaganda mechanism and position structure that should be established in medical colleges and universities,and strives to provide reference for propaganda and ideological workers in medical colleges.Through continuous learning and practice,medical college propagandists can not only continue to improve their"four forces",but more importantly,make greater contributions to the development and image building of medical colleges and universities.
