Objective To study the efficacy of acne formula 1 in the treatment of damp acne.Methods 104 acne patients in Tianjin were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into observation and control groups,with 52 in the observation group and 52 in the control group.The observation group was treated with acne formula 1,while the control group was treated with compound munizit granules.At the same time,both groups received fusidic acid cream for topical use.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 6 weeks of treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,the symptoms were significantly improved in both groups.The overall response rate of patients in the observation group(92.31%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75%).Statistical differences were found for comparisons between groups(P<0.05).Neither group had any adverse effects during the treatment period.Conclusion The clinical effect of acne formula 1 and fusidic acid in the treatment of pulmonary and gastric humid acne is exact.It has a good effect on improving skin inflammation,shortening the treatment time,and preventing acne recurrence,and has high safety.
