The cultivation of top-notch and innovative talents is a hot topic in the current education circle.The current national education model has gradually developed from the popularization and expansion to the top-notch and innovative model.The innovation and development of medical education can be used as an important means to help realize the strategy of healthy China and education power,and promoting the training of top-notch and innovative talents in clinical medicine is of great significance to promote the innovation and development of national medical education.At present,it is urgent to explore how to establish an effective mechanism for training top-notch and innovative talents in clinical medicine.This article summarizes the effective ways to train the top-notch and innovative talents in clinical medicine,including:building innovative teaching team,strengthening clinical practice teaching;focus on interdisciplinary integration,cultivate innovative thinking;strengthen the integration of teaching and scientific research,and exercise scientific thinking ability;expand the undergraduate teaching space and focus on the internationalization of medical education;improve the assessment method;integrate curriculum thinking and politics into the training system of top-notch and innovative talents.The content of the article opens up new ideas for how to train top-notch and innovative clinical medicine specialty.
