Application of Internet Mixed Teaching in Rheumatology and Immunology Teaching
Internet mixed teaching mode is a teaching mode that combines the advantages of traditional classroom teaching and Internet teaching by using network information technology,stimulates students'learning enthusiasm and initiative,guides students to study independently,enhances their learning results and effects,and expands teaching resources.The classification of diseases in rheumatology and immunology is complex,with many types,diverse clinical manifestations and heterogeneity,and the relationship between diseases and autoantibodies is crisscrossing,involving basic immunology knowledge,strong theory,abstract and difficult to understand,resulting in difficult diagnosis and treatment,which is the focus and difficulty of internal medicine teaching.In the clinical teaching of rheumatology and immunology department,the Internet mixed teaching model is used to carry out problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),various forms of independent learning and Internet mixed teaching.The"organic"combination of Internet teaching and traditional teaching guides students from the surface learning of"general understanding"and"experience"to the deep learning of"complete understanding"and"skilled application",so that students can better master and apply the relevant knowledge of rheumatology and immunology.
