Exploration and Research on the Standardized Management of Continuing Medical Education Student Status
In order to speed up the construction of a learning-oriented society,the state should construct a lifelong learning service system for all people,which is capable of learning everywhere and can be learned at any time,new demands have been placed on the development and reform of the continuing medical education.In this process,for the special group of adult learners,there are some problems in the management of student status,such as the particularity of adult learners,the imperfect management system,the heavy workload and the incomplete information facilities.Based on the characteristics of adult education students,this paper analyzes the problems in the management of student status from a student-centred perspective and proposes solutions,such as:fully consider the characteristics of adult students,improve the relevant work system and work mechanism construction,increase the number of administrators,etc.,the school of continuing education of Xuzhou Medical University adopted information technology to manage its continuing medical education,with a view to exploring specific strategies and methods for standardizing the management of adult students.
