Practice and Exploration of Integrating Curriculum Ideological and Political Education Into Regional Anatomy Teaching
With the emergence of a new era in higher education,integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process and comprehensively advancing the construction of ideological and political elements in university courses has become a crucial task for cultivating well-rounded high-level talents in universities.For the cultivation of high-level medical professionals,regional anatomy is a vital foundational professional course for medical students.Incorporating educational elements of ideological and political education into the regional anatomy teaching process in a comprehensive and continuous manner is significant for fostering virtue through education and nurturing medical talents with both moral integrity and professional expertise.This paper integrates ideological and political elements into the regional anatomy course through various approaches,including delivering an engaging first laboratory session,merging professional knowledge of regional anatomy with ideological and political elements,conducting practical anatomy operations,organizing visits to the"Life Science Museum",initiating student volunteer activities for science popularization,and hosting anatomical drawing competitions.These strategies enrich the forms and content of ideological and political education and progressively establish a regional anatomy teaching system that is fully integrated with ideological and political education.
