基于人卫题库的形成性评价在《牙周病学》教学中的应用

目的 研究基于人民卫生出版社中国医学教育题库系统(以下简称"人卫题库")的形成性评价在《牙周病学》本科教学中的教学效果.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年3 月蚌埠医科大学口腔医学院 2018 级 65 名学生和 2019 级68 名学生分别作为对照组和试验组.对照组采用传统评估方法,试验组采用基于人卫题库的形成性评价评估方法.通过期末考试成绩、病例分析测验成绩和线上调查问卷结果分析 2 组《牙周病学》课程实际教学效果.结果 试验组的期末考试成绩[(84.95±5.44)分vs.(79.18±7.38)分]、病例分析测验成绩[(88.26±5.89)分vs.(81.91±5.87)分]高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).试验组91.07%(51/56)的学生认为新的教学模式能够帮助复习、总结课程知识点.结论 基于人卫题库的形成性评价有助于提高《牙周病学》课程的本科教学效果.
Application of Formative Evaluation Based on Chinese Medical Education Item Bank in Teaching of Periodontology
Objective To study the teaching effect of formative evaluation based on the Chinese Medical Education Item Bank System of People's Medical Publishing House(hereinafter referred to as CMEIB)in the undergraduate teaching of Periodontology.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,a total of 65 students of grade 2018 and 68 students of grade 2019 in school of stomatology of Bengbu Medical University were selected as control group and experimental group,respectively.The traditional evaluation method was used in the control group,and the formative evaluation method based on CMEIB was used in the experimental group.The results of final examination,case analysis test and online questionnaire were used to analyze the actual teaching effect of 2 groups of Periodontology course.Results The final examination scores[(84.95±5.44)points vs.(79.18±7.38)points]and case analysis scores[(88.26±5.89)points vs.(81.91±5.87)points]of experimental group were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).A total of 91.07%(51/56)students in the experimental group believed that the new teaching approach would facilitate the review and synthesis of key course concepts.Conclusion The formative evaluation of CMEIB is helpful to improve the teaching effect of Periodontology.
