Discussion on Clinical Communication Teaching in Undergraduate Internship Supervision in Microbiology Laboratory
The article discusses the problems of clinical communication teaching in the practice teaching of microbiology laboratory in clinical laboratory department,aiming to provide support and help for the undergraduate interns to carry out microbiology laboratory testing smoothly after graduation.The article starts with integrating clinical communication awareness into the entry education of undergraduate interns,and further explores the clinical communication issues involved in the entire process of pre-analysis,during analysis,and post-analysis in the daily testing work of the microbiology laboratory in the clinical laboratory science.The article also identifies four ways to enhance clinical communication skills,strengthening communication awareness,improving communication skills,enhancing professional competence,and expanding communication channels.At the end of the article,how to further standardize clinical communication teaching activities is expounded in terms of strengthening the standardization of teaching management.The clinical communication teaching of undergraduate internship in microbiology laboratory runs through the entire teaching process.Strengthening the teaching intensity of clinical communication for undergraduate interns can not only ensure their smooth completion of the future daily work in the microbiology laboratory,but also contribute to the cultivation of future microbiology professionals,thereby facilitating the improvement of the diagnostic and treatment level in the entire healthcare industry.
