随着核医学技术的发展,对核医学住院医师的需求逐渐增加.为了提高核医学科医师的专业水平,各国纷纷建立了自己的核医学科住院医师培训体系.美国作为全球重要的核医学研究和教育基地,其住院医师培训体系对于指导中国核医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称"住培")的改革和发展具有重要参考价值.文章概述了美国核医学科住院医师培训体系的基本情况,包括其教育模式、培训内容、考核方式以及持续教育等方面,并分析了中国核医学科住院医师培训的现状,指出了存在的问题.通过对比分析两国在核医学科住院医师培训体系方面的异同,文章提出了针对中国核医学科住院医师培训体系改革的建议,旨在推动中国核医学科住院医师培训质量的提升,促进核医学专业人才的培养,以满足不断增长的临床需求.
Comparison and Reference Significance of the Standardized Residency Training System in Nuclear Medicine Between China and America
With the development of nuclear medicine technology,the demand for nuclear medicine residents has gradually increased.In order to improve the professional level of nuclear medicine doctors,countries have established their own nuclear medicine resident training systems.As an important research and education base for nuclear medicine in the world,the resident training system of America has important reference value for guiding the reform and development of standardized residency training in nuclear medicine in China.This paper summarizes the basic situation of resident training system of nuclear medicine in America,including education mode,training content,assessment method and continuing education,and analyzes the current situation of resident training of nuclear medicine in China,and points out the existing problems.Through a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the two countries in the training system of nuclear medicine residents,this paper puts forward suggestions for the reform of the training system of nuclear medicine residents in China,aiming to promote the improvement of the training quality of Chinese nuclear medicine residents and promote the training of nuclear medicine professionals,so as to meet the growing clinical needs.
