The department of orthopedics at the Second Affiliated Hospital Zhejiang University School of Medicine,one of the earliest established sub-specialties in spinal surgery in China,has been dedicated in recent years to training refresher doctors interested in spinal minimally invasive surgery.The training program covers a broad range of topics,including anatomy,surgical techniques,and clinical practice.Through systematic coursework and hands-on training,refresher doctors can comprehensively enhance their expertise in spinal minimally invasive surgery.During the program,refresher doctors actively explore new methods and techniques,demonstrating courage in experimentation and innovation.Teamwork is also a critical component of the training program.The department encourages refresher doctors to closely collaborate with other doctors,nurses,and professionals within the department,to discuss cases,share experiences,and solve problems together.Overall,the current teaching approach aims to provide a comprehensive and systematic learning and growth platform for refresher doctors interested in spinal minimally invasive surgery,helping them achieve greater success in the field and contribute to the health of patients.
