摘要
外泌体是细胞特异性分泌的膜泡,它参与细胞间通信,是细胞信号转导中非常重要的组成部分,其内容物种类众多,包括核酸、蛋白质和脂质等多种生物活性物质.外泌体在免疫反应、炎症、肿瘤等过程中均发挥一定作用,既是众多疾病发生过程中促炎因子的携带者,也是抑炎因子释放途径的重要组成部分.近年来外泌体在调节健康和疾病治疗等方面的重要功能引起了研究人员高度关注,文章总结外泌体在调节炎症及相关疾病中的作用,并对外泌体在多种疾病中发挥作用的通路及机制的相关研究进展作综述.
Abstract
As cell-specific secreted membrane vesicles,exosomes are involved in intercellular communication and are very important components of cellular signal transduction.With numerous contents,including nucleic acids,proteins and lipids,and many other biologically active sub-stances,exosomes play a role in immune response,inflammation,tumor and other processes,and are both carriers of pro-inflammatory factors in the process of numerous diseases and an impor-tant part of the pathways for the release of anti-inflammatory factors.In recent years,the impor-tant functions of exosomes in health and disease treatment have attracted great attention from re-searchers.This article summarizes the role of exosomes in regulating inflammation and related diseases,and provides an overview of research progress on the pathways and mechanisms by which exosomes play a role in a variety of diseases.
