新癀片治疗甲状腺结节微波消融术后颈部肿胀疼痛的效果

摘要
目的 探讨新癀片治疗甲状腺结节微波消融术(microwave ablation,MWA)后颈部肿胀疼痛的疗效.方法 将150例甲状腺结节行MWA后颈部肿胀疼痛患者随机分为治疗组、安慰剂组和对照组,每组50例.治疗组于术后立即口服新癀片,3片,tid,口服3 d;安慰剂组于术后立即口服安慰剂(淀粉药丸),3片,tid,口服3 d;对照组术后未口服药物.比较3组患者术后颈部肿胀、颈部疼痛情况.结果 治疗组术后12、24、48、72 h颈部疼痛评分较对照组及安慰剂组显著减少,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组术后48、72 h颈部肿胀发生率较对照组及安慰剂组显著减少,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);治疗组术后72 h颈部疼痛、肿胀持续时间较对照组及安慰剂组显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 新癀片能够明显改善甲状腺结节MWA术后颈部肿胀程度,缓解颈部疼痛,从而改善患者术后不适感,是治疗甲状腺结节MWA术后颈部肿胀疼痛的理想药物.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xin-huang tablets in the management of neck swelling and pain after microwave ablation(MWA)of thyroid nodules.Methods 150 patients with neck swelling and pain after MWA were randomly divided into the treatment group,the placebo group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The treatment group took 3 Xin-huang tablets,tid,orally for 3 d immediately after the operation;the placebo group took placebo(starch pill),3 tablets,tid,orally for 3 d immediately after the operation;and the control group did not take any oral medication after the operation.Postoperative neck swelling and neck pain were compared among the 3 groups.Results The neck pain scores of the treatment group at 12,24,48 and 72 h postoperatively were significantly reduced compared with those of the control group and the placebo group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01);the incidence of neck swelling at 48 and 72 h postoperatively in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with those of the control group and the placebo group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.01);the duration of neck pain and swelling at 72 h postoperatively in the treatment group was significantly shorter compared with those of the control group and the placebo group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P＜0.01).Conclusions Xin-huang tablet can reduce neck swelling and pain,and relieve discomforts for patients who have received MWA of thyroid nodules,and it can be clinically considered for the management of neck swelling and pain after MWA of thyroid nodules.
