卡尔费休(Karl Fischer,简称K·F)测水方法是一种基于碘和二氧化硫氧化还原反应的微量水分测定技术,K·F法以其高精度和准确度而广泛应用于化工、石油、医药、食品等行业.本文介绍了 K·F测水方法的原理、条件、过程及其发展过程,详细阐述了K·F容量法和库仑电解法的优缺点,并对K·F试剂和仪器的改进和完善进行了探讨.
Abstract
The Karl Fischer(K·F)water measurement method is a trace moisture determination technique based on the oxidation-reduction reaction of iodine and sulfur dioxide.The principle,conditions,process,and development of the K·F water measurement method were introduced in this article.The K·F method is widely used in industries such as chemical,petroleum,pharmaceutical,and food due to its high precision and accuracy.And the advantages and disadvantages of K·F volumetric method and Coulomb electrolysis method were elaborated in detail,and the improvement and perfection of K·F reagents and instruments were discussed.
