地下生泡复合凝胶组合调剖技术研究与应用

对于物性较好的中高含水期油田,采用常规凝胶体系调剖主要对近井附近高渗通道进行封堵,无法对油藏中深部进行封堵.泡沫体系流动性虽强,但封堵能力较弱,且采用地面注气易受平台作业空间及设备承重等问题而难以实施.而采用层内自生泡调剖可以有效解决平台空间及设备重量受限等难题.从层内自生泡出发,提出一种地下生泡复合凝胶组合调剖设计思路,利用凝胶封堵地下高渗孔道,再利用地下生泡封堵次级高渗孔道,降压增注及间接提高洗油效率,协同发挥各自的作用而达到提高采收率的目的.室内实验及矿场应用结果表明,地下生泡复合凝胶组合调剖后,増油效果显著,对中高含水期油田稳油控水具有很好的参考作用.
Research and application of composite gel combination profile control technology
For medium and high water cut oilfield with good reservoir property,conventional gel profile control was only used for plugging the high permeability channel near the well due to its poor fluidity.Therefore,it was impossible to seal the injection well in order to extend the sweep.Although the conventional self generating profile control was easy to flow,it can not exert the maximum effect of foam because of its limited expansion capability.Therefore,starting from the self ignition in the layer,a new design idea of inner layer self gel+gel combination profile control was put forward.The purpose of enhancing oil recovery was to use gel to block underground high permeable channel,use underground foam to plug secondary high permeability layer,increase injection pressure and increase efficiency indirectly.The laboratory test and field application showed that the effect of oil production in single well was significant,which has a good effect on oil recovery in the middle and high water cut period.
